For cancellations less than 14 days from date of arrival your deposit will be NON-Refundable and you will be charged for the balance of your reservations ( 21 days for Christmas and New Years week ). A variety of open-air cafes with an easy beach town atmosphere. There's even North American shops such as BillaBong, Pizza Hut, Subway and KFC for a bit of down home cooking. It's safe with a police presence there but unobtrusive. There's a medical center right in town to fix surfing mishaps, with a police station next door for more serious issues. Jaco Beach is a real town with amenities found in a bigger city - pharmacy, doctors, movie theater, real estate agencies and more. It's a laid back town centered around the Pura Vida lifestyle!

The Copacabana Desire Hotel's open-air ocean front terrace is a place to enjoy a fine dining atmosphere with a full menu daily. Signature dinners include Sesame Seared Tuna, Garlic Mahi-Mahi, and a Lobster dish prepared perfectly by the "Copa's" chefs. Enjoyable from sunrise to after midnight, food service begins at 7:00 am (for pre-arranged fishing groups 6:00 am). with a full breakfast to late night dinner, closing at 1:00 am. The winecellar stocks a full selection of wine, to compliment any meal. There is also a mini-fridge in your room were you can go around the corner to the store and stock-up~

Stroll along the main street in Jaco Beach and you'll find it clean, well maintained and with eclectic art forms such as Pedro the Pistol Packing wooden statue protecting nothing really! You'll see surfers walking on the east side of the road with their boards because it's wider - it’s not that there are crowds on the streets but in the evenings the town has a vibrant night life - and the infamous Beetle Bar, Monkey Bar and Outdoor Patio, are on that side of the street - coincidence? Not!. On the beachside of the street are trendy boutiques, cafes and small intimate bars, including several trendy clubs ranging from sports themed through nightclubs and lounges here.
